  • How do I place an order?
    Browse our shop, add your items to cart, and proceed to checkout. Double-check your size and chosen design before finalizing your order.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Metro Manila: 1–3 business days Provincial Areas: 3–5 business days Pre-Order Items: Usually shipped after 5–7 business days of production 📩 For rush orders, message us on Facebook.
  • Where are you located? Do you have a physical store?
    We currently do not have a physical store, but our office is located in Tondo, Manila. All orders are processed and shipped from there.
  • What courier do you use for shipping?
    We use J&T Express and Lalamove for local shipping, and DHL for international orders.
  • How much is the shipping fee?
    Starts at ₱75 for 0.5kg (typically 1 item) Cost increases based on total weight (1kg ≈ 2–3 items) International shipping rates vary by country and order size Lalamove rate will be based on the location distance and app rate
  • Can I return or exchange my order?
    Returns/exchanges are only accepted for: Wrong item/design received Damaged print or ink stains 🔁 One-time exchange only. Returned items must be clean, with no damage or stains.
  • What if I ordered the wrong size?
    We allow size exchanges, but the buyer shoulders all shipping fees. Please refer to our size chart before placing your order.
  • Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
    Yes! Message us on Facebook or email us for custom designs or bulk pricing.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or Facebook messenger. Track via the J&T Express or DHL websites.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments via GCash, and bank transfers through BDO and BPI. Payment instructions will be sent after checkout.
