• Provincial Areas: 3–5 business days

• Pre-Order Items: Lead time varies depending on the product, but most pre-orders are shipped after a production time of 5–7 business days.

• Rush Orders: Message us on Facebook for special arrangements.

📦 Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship via J&T Courier.

• Rates start at ₱75 for 0.5kg, which is typically equivalent to 1 item.

• Shipping costs will vary depending on quantity and total weight.

  • 1kg is approximately 2–3 items.

🌍 International Shipping

• We offer international shipping via DHL.

• Rates vary based on destination and quantity.

• For a shipping quote, message us directly before placing your order.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items / Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

1. You received an incorrect item/design

2. The item has print damage or ink stains

Important notes:

• Only one-time exchanges are allowed per order.

• All items undergo quality checking before shipment.

• Returned items must be in original condition – no stains, damages, or signs of wear.
